A few highlights from this year so far:
I've landed and taken off on an aircraft carrier; been to Philippines; travelled 4 times to Japan (5th trip comes up next month), and going to Thailand. There are a few more stories like these I'd love to share.
Most recently and importantly, a unique request: requiring a 4 minute scribble, a postcard, and a 27 cent stamp (or other "make a kid happy" type of mail):
My friend's mom knows the grandmother of Devin, who now has one arm after an alligator attack. (link below). The boy's mom gave him a world map and puts a push pin in all the places that the messages come from. I sent a VOWOL postcard saying "Hope this makes the board!" -- it DID! -- and I hear it brightened his day. If you would like to feel the same way and can spare a fun postcard:

Through the end of January, we have a $50 discount for this 2 day intensive with Commercial coach Bill Holmes and the voice of Porky Pig, Bob Bergen.
Most times between midnight and 4am, still designing websites (and looking to pass some web work on)
A portion of the day on Tues 15th, my friend's heart is stopping. Really.
